Had issue with truck not starting. I will say they got my truck in quickly and diagnosed the problem. Once problem was figured out asked about warranty coverage and was told needed to get it from where I bought the truck. Which I did presented my extended warranty on the truck and when I spoke to the original dealership they told me everything would be covered under the extended warranty but that I had a 100 deductible because the work wasn't being done at an autonation and that if the deal ship had any specific questions to contact the finance manager directly who gave me his business card. After presenting the extended warranty to the dealership that was doing the work on my truck they stated I owed 704 dollars for the work because the warranty was only partially covering and also that there was no deductible. Now having 2 very different reports about the cost I told the dealership I wasn’t paying or picking up my truck until I figured things out because of the very differences in information. The final was just the 100 dollar deductible but was very unhappy with the service in that I had to do all the leg work for them and then I still had to fight with them even after presenting the paperwork. I wonder if they are running a scam and how many other customers they have done this too!!!!
